You stay in control
You make or explicitly approve changes in your own account. During assisted help, we never ask you to share passwords, API tokens, private keys, backup codes or inbox access.
This is DNS setup help. It does not guarantee inbox placement or universal deliverability, and does not include mailbox migration, account recovery or ongoing monitoring.
What happens after payment
- Stripe collects your buyer email and payment details.
- We review the order manually in Stripe and use that email to coordinate a working session. Checkout does not reserve a time slot.
- We work through the agreed DNS setup together, then complete one follow-up verification.
Timing, cancellations and rescheduling
Assisted session: We contact you by email within 2 business days of payment to arrange your session. Payment does not reserve an appointment; we agree a time with you by email.
Cancellations: Cancel before work starts for a full refund. Email support to request cancellation.
Rescheduling: Reschedule your working session free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
