More than an automated report
The free scanner shows DNS findings. With a written review, a person interprets those findings against your stated problem, explains what to change first and what to leave alone, and gives you steps for your DNS host.
Exact proposed record values are included where the evidence supports them. If a DKIM key or another value must come from your provider, the review explains what to retrieve. Missing evidence is identified as uncertainty, not treated as a confirmed fault.
Paid help supports Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail and Proton Mail. Other, complex mixed-provider or uncertain setups need a fit check before payment. Neither service includes ongoing monitoring, mailbox migration, account recovery or inbox-placement investigations or guarantees.
Timing, cancellations and rescheduling
Written DNS review: Delivered by email within 2 business days of payment.
One clarification email about the delivered recommendations is included. New problems, implementation troubleshooting and a fresh review after changes are outside this offer.
Assisted session: We contact you by email within 2 business days of payment to arrange your session. Payment does not reserve an appointment; we agree a time with you by email.
Cancellations: Cancel before work starts for a full refund. Email support to request cancellation.
Rescheduling: Reschedule your working session free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
